A Little Birdie Told Me is back for a fifth season and host Rebecca Horan is delving into the 'Psychology of Parenting'.

On Episode One TV Presenter and business owner, Kathryn Thomas, takes the hot-seat. Kathryn opens up to Rebecca about her meteoric rise to stardom as the host of Ireland's biggest tv shows like No Frontiers and Operation Transformation. She also discusses her wild days as a teenager and how that insatiable appetite for adventure helped when it came to a career travelling the globe in front of the camera. Rebecca and Kathryn talk about her IVF battle and her beautiful blended family and Kathryn also gets frank about women's health and the importance of staying fit and healthy well into our old age. Kathryn runs Pure Results and says the fitness retreats she runs are similar to a movement, and she cannot encourage women enough to get out and move and stay connected to their bodies.
