In today's Weekly Wrap I'm talking about growing through joy instead of shadow work.

There is a place for shadow work, inner child work and inner parenting, and I'm not throwing any of it out. But I've had a hunch for about 18 months that landed properly this week, when someone told me they now choose their growth from joy rather than from the work. I sat with it, because it named something I'd drifted away from. For a few years I was growing through play and through what lit me up, and lately I'd slipped back into hunting for the block, the broken bit, the thing to fix. This is me coming back to joy as the way forward.

From a human design view, growing through joy is simply alignment to your design. It's following your strategy and authority, your obsession, your creative urge, the thing that feels good. I bring this into business too, because whatever you keep your focus on is what you create more of, so the better question is not what's wrong, it's how can I have more fun here. I also bring back a short human design segment on type, share what I've loved this week, and give you the certainty mantra that shifted my energy on the spot.
