On episode 5 Rebecca chats to Dr Clodagh Campbell, AKA The Wellness Psychologist. Clodagh has studied psychology extensively and is now a practising psychologist and works with many mothers in this country, particularly women suffering from being stretched to capacity and those in need of healing. Clodagh was adopted and opens up to Rebecca about her journey as a child with her family as an adopted girl and reuniting with her birth mother. She also talks to Rebecca about her two daughters and being pregnant with her third and her recent crisis which forced her to take rest, which she said has been the best thing that ever happened to her.
