I got jealous of someone else’s success last week. It’s true. I’ll admit it.

Jealousy is a normal human emotion and we are bound to feel it now and then, especially when we are comparing ourselves to others.

I fell into that comparison trap last week and it led me to spiral down a “poor me” rabbit hole for longer than I’d like to admit. But, I didn’t have all the information. I didn’t realize that what I was comparing myself to was a situation that was not only unrealistic for me but a lifestyle that I don’t even want!

In this episode of the Wealthy Coach Podcast, I’m opening up about my run in with jealousy and comparison - and the consequence it has on our mental health. I learned a very important lesson and I hope this lesson can be helpful to you too!
