I must confess, though, I’ve never been very good at setting and sticking to goals and plans.  As a big-picture thinker, I tend to find the smaller details boring and like to just ‘go with the flow’. 

However, after 20 years in business, I’ve discovered that goals, plans, and structure are my best friends and help me stay on track, working on things that matter, vs. getting distracted.
