I am so excited to bring  @theoliveoilqueen on the show today to share the story of free birthing her first baby! Mia's story is both inspiring and empowering for women that are wanting to reframe their own beliefs surrounding birth. Her story reminds us all that birth is not meant to be a medical procedure, it is what women were designed for.

I want to make a note that this episode is in no way designed to make someone feel like they are making a "wrong" choice if they don't choose free birth. The right way to birth your baby is the way that feels best to YOU. This episode is simply meant to share Mia's beautiful story and expose you to alternative methods of birthing that you may not have previously known were an option.
