On Episode 8 of A Little Birdie Told Me Rebecca chats to High-Performance Coach Justin Caffrey, Justin and his wife Beatrice have overcome terrible grief and adversity and have lived to tell the tale. Justin left Ireland to enjoy a hugely successful career in finance in the UK in the 90s and in his own words became a workaholic, the catalyst to change in his life came when he met his wife Beatrice, they went on to have two sons, one of whom died in infancy. Justin speaks with grace, poise and perspective on a very challenging time when they endured pregnancy loss, medical complications with their first-born Luca and the loss of their second son Joshua. The couple have become stronger where others may not have been able to move past the grief. Justin now works in the wellness area and is a very well respected High-Performance coach, changing minds and lives with his wonderful work.
