But the exact opposite happens for most e-commerce founders I speak to. Results tank, you can barely get hold of your ads manager (the agency junior whom your account was handed too because you aren’t considered a ‘big spender’, and your bank account dwindles right before your ads. The most frustrating part? When you get your monthly report from the agency telling you how great your ads are doing when you know for a fact they are not.
