On today’s show, I talk about what I do first thing in the morning as soon as I roll out of bed. For me, I drink 32 oz of mineral water with half a teaspoon of pink salt. Pink salt adds the electrolytes we need such as magnesium, potassium, and Iron II give us high energy and turn off false hunger. Many times false hunger is simply dehydration from sleeping: I DRINK WATER WITH PINK SALT UPON RISING.
