What The Gut Health?! This week we are joined by Dr. Gabrielle Fundaro. Gabrielle holds a PhD in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise! Gut health is a hot topic at the moment. It’s also one that’s in it’s infancy in regards to knowledge and understanding and though there is excitement in regards to how practitioners may be able to apply understanding beneficially, contrary to many internet claims, there are still a lot of unknowns.

This is where professionals like Dr. Fundaro come in and we’re so glad she did!
