Katie's mission today is to receive and experience joy daily, but it wasn't always that way. One day, exasperated, Katie found herself grappling with the fact that she had been putting so much energy into taking care of everyone (and everything) around her, that she had forgotten what brought her joy. Not only did she lose track of her passions, she didn't even know how to find them again. Through her journey of self-reflection, Katie realized when she feeds her soul first everyone around her benefits. This inspired her to become an advocate for other women, helping them take the action they need to experience the same joy.
