Brooks is an online personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for cutting through the BS of the fitness industry and taking a more simplified, sustainable approach to fitness & nutrition. After struggling with yo yo dieting herself for years she was frustrated as hell with all of the conflicting & overwhelming information out there. She became a coach with the sole mission of simplifying a confusing industry and helping you reach your fitness goals without having to sacrifice your favorite foods or drinks. She's a firm believer that fitness should always be a positive impact and part of your life, not the entire thing! When she's not in the gym you can catch Brooks hiking, sampling all the pizza Denver has to offer, or reading a good book!
