She has completed many other trainings including Omar Minwalla’s Integrity abuse, polyvagal theory, internal family systems, attachment, and somatic practices. Her husband John is a certified Bravehearts mentor and has worked with men in recovery for the past 9 years. Healing Hearts Self-paced Course: A 15-week course for couples healing from betrayal, emphasizing empathy, integrity, and authentic intimacy while providing practical tools for relational growth. Each partner takes the self-paced course separately, with weekly lessons, journaling, and note-taking sections.
