On episode 4 of Season 6 of A Little Birdie Told Me, Psychotherapist Daniella Moyles, opens up to Rebecca about her journey to contentment. Daniella now lives in Wicklow with her husband Andy and her son Sonny and has a very calm, healthy life, however, Daniella explains to Rebecca how it took major burnout in the modelling and media industry for her to stop, reflect and make the big changes that would change her life. The last few years haven't been easy for the mum of one - from quitting her hectic life in Dublin as an in-demand model and DJ, to travelling the world for two years to qualifying in Psychotherapy, meeting Andy and giving birth, but it was all worth it for what she has now This is a beautiful story of hope.
