What's up, guys! In this video, I'm sharing seven one-minute habits that save me over 20 hours a week. (Relax, getting up at 5AM is not one of them, I promise lol.) So, what do I mean by "20 hours"? It's about cutting wasted time and boosting productivity. Put it this way: what used to take 6-7 hours now takes 1 or 2. Or maybe you stop losing 3 hours a day to scrolling. When I stack up all the ways these tips have helped, 20 hours a week is actually conservative! Real productivity isn't about cramming in tactics—it's about FOCUS. That's why these work. Let's go!
