Lifting heavy things has been my therapy, my meditation and my happy place since I was fourteen. And while many think it’s all about biceps, delts and selfies, for me (and many others), lifting stuff is as much for my mind and emotions, as is it my body. Exercise Physiologist Russ Jarrett (M.Ex.Sci) is back and this time we talk about strength training for the masses. Any person with any body type, of any age, with any goals, any level of experience and in any physical condition. We talk about the multitude of ideologies, protocols, methods, resources, equipment and do our best to simplify what can be, a confusing conversation. Enjoy.
