Welcome back! Today we are joined by Ella Davar, Registered Dietician with a holistic approach. Ella grew up in a small town in Russia where her family owned a farm. After moving to NYC to pursue a career on Wall Street, she lost touch with herself and the intuition she always had growing up around fresh foods and eating to feel good.
Ella shares how she decided to walk away from the finance hustle and to go back to school to become a RD. Now, she works with busy professionals to help them learn to manage weight, optimize their health, performance levels and increase vitality and energy levels, all by making small changes and healthier choices. We talk about her opinion on fad diets, how to handle burnout, and how to chase your dream career.
