Born in Mexico, Pamela survived armed violence at a young age. Upon moving to the U.S., she struggled with cultural uprooting and immigration trauma. To cope, she dove into alcohol and toxic relationships, resulting in decades of addiction. In 2009, she got sober and in 2017, she began the journey of healing from codependency and PTSD. 

Today, Pamela’s mission is to help humans get free from the patterns that keep them voiceless and small. Through compassion, clarity, and ownership, she empowers them to recover their voice and reclaim the pen that writes their story. She sees recovery as the path “back home to our heart and the door to our (r)evolution.”
