We have to meet the discomfort by choosing to be uncomfortable with the mourner.

We are prioritizing the wrong things in life. We are forgetting that connection is the cure. We are forgetting that we can not do this thing alone.

You have to ritualize your grief. You have to explore your grief. You have to do something with it.
