“You never feel more alive than when someone is trying to kill you.” It sounds strange but, according to Australian Soldier Nathan Bolton, deploying to Afghanistan (twice) and being in combat was simultaneously the best and worst time of his life. This chat was an interesting insight into the mind of a Special Forces Operator who, like many, struggled to leave the war behind when he came home.
