On Season 7 Episode 11, host Rebecca Horan talks to fitness coach Adrienne Murphy. Adrienne is one of Ireland's leading fitness influencers, trainers and business women. Adrienne is one half of Flow State and the Flexi-App and is married to High Performance Coach, John Belton. Adrienne spoke to Rebecca about her stint in modelling, eventual job in marketing and how she discovered her true calling as a personal trainer and her home in Number 17 Personal Training. Adrienne and John moved to Portugal during Covid and had a turbulent time bringing their daughter Indy into this world and Adrienne charts the journey. She is also half-way through her pregnancy with her son and has had some medical procedures to ensure this pregnancy runs smoothly too.
