This was an interesting chat with someone (Evelyn) who has been working in and around bullying for decades. Bullies exist in all walks of life, can be a problem for anyone of any age and research suggests that the numbers (of bullies) are not dropping. She has spent over forty years helping students and adults develop social survival skills and manage school and workplace bullying.
