But no matter whether you are already on summer break or soon to be, it is so important to create an intentional summer plan that balances rest, reflection, and preparation. I encourage you to take a little time at the start of summer to reflect on what went well during the school year and what could be improved. In this episode I guide you through some essential questions to guide you through the process, from analyzing classroom routines to time management and personal growth. The goal is to get lingering thoughts out of your head so you can truly relax and recharge. Rest is not optional! It’s essential for coming back energized.
