Dr.Jason Fung shares with us why he believes fasting up to 24 hours a day is critical, rather than just 16 hours.  Meaning, using the radical “one-meal-a-day” strategy (#OMAD) may be the most important strategy ever. Many people do 16 hours of time-restricted eating, I used to for many years as I wrote about in my book The Cruise Control Diet.   But, fasting science says we need to go longer, ideally 24 hours for the best health results.
