Exercise Physiologist, High-Performance Coach and Educator, Russ Jarrett is back and for this episode, we revisit some the over-looked, under-utilised and misunderstood fundamentals of creating and maintaining a new-and-improved health state. Getting ‘in shape’ (whatever that means to you personally) is a bit about knowledge and a lot about what we do with that knowledge. In 2022, we’ve never had more information, inspiration and education but interestingly, we’ve never been in worse shape (collectively). The sooner we stop looking the quick-fix, shortcut and magic pill, and the sooner we start taking total ownership of our choices, actions and outcomes, the sooner the ‘magic’ happens. Funny that.
