When your rigid plans go sideways, it’s common for people to start turning that into a personal indictment. This pattern is the result of a few different habits, but I have a simple solution to start addressing it.

 

This week I’m discussing what happens when perfectionism, all-or-nothing thinking, disqualifying the positive, and the habit of personalizing things meet, and how to avoid getting stuck in a cycle of feeling inadequate and terrible about yourself.
