This week I interview Gen Gregson who is a 3x Olympic finalist, specialising in the 3000m steeplechase, 2 x World Champ finalist and has just started her own run club with her partner called Gregson Running. We chat about the career path of becoming an Olympian, what it takes to get there and win 3 gold medals, taking opportunities that may feel crazy (and scary) at the time, her hardest moment in her athletic career and I quiz her on whether she experienced any self doubt along the way.

Plus she shares how she deals with negative mental chatter (especially during running) and how she uses lists to approach busy days.
