This week, we're doing a little mental health check-in with Dr. Chanté D. DeLoach, a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. DeLoach, or "Dr. D" as she is affectionately known, is the founder and executive director of Luminesce Psychological Services, where she works to help individuals, couples, and families create healthier, more meaningful relationships. 

Tune in as we talk about how we can maintain happy and healthy relationships with our children, our loved ones—and most importantly—ourselves. Dr. D also shares some sample scripts we can use to check our kids’ mental health, along with some sage words to help us get through tough times.
