At 9 months pregnant Ruth was preparing to welcome her first baby into the world.

A brain tumour diagnosis, an emergency section and a stroke, one day after her son was born which immediately paralysed her on the left side.

Ruth fought her way back to her baby boy, she proved the experts wrong by getting home to him, by learning to walk again, by growing stronger every day.
