In 2012 Aaron Doughty went through a spiritual awakening that changed his life. He learned meditation and started to question everything he thought about who he was. His awakening propelled him on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. He read 100’s of books, attended dozens of seminars, and turned within to question the nature of reality. Aaron went through a process of letting go of his painful past and the labels that no longer served him. He became free from many of the automatic, conditioned beliefs he had been operating from. From this new found sense of freedom and possibility, Aaron made it his mission to empower other people to know that they are powerful beings that can become free from past conditioning and negative experiences. In 2017 Aaron quit his 9-5 job and went full time as a content creator. Ever since then he has inspired millions of people all over the world to raise their vibration and expand their consciousness. Aaron believes his life purpose is to help make spirituality accessible and actionable for anyone.
