The man is 61 years old and showing no signs of slowing down! Kirk Charles is riding his bike more than 1,000 miles from New York City to Chicago.

 

His age-defying secret? Eating a clean diet.

 

The longtime personal trainer and creator of Fit Beyond 40 shares his antiaging foods for top physical performance when he joins "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll on The Exam Room Podcast.

 

He credits his healthy anti-inflammatory diet for saving him from a life of stroke, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.

 

The journey, which he calls Bike America 2024 for Heart Health, is to inspire the African American community to combat heart disease with a combination of cardiovascular exercise and plant-based eating.

 

Charles is raising funds to help the effort and benefit PCRM.
