When former Harvard President Lawrence H. Summers was pursuing a romantic relationship with a woman he described as a mentee, he sought guidance from a longtime associate: convicted sex offender Jeffrey E. Epstein.

34-year-old mathematician Wang Hong earned global attention last year when a paper she co-authored solved the three-dimensional Kakeya conjecture — a century-old problem in geometric measure theory.

Silicon Valley might have historically been known as the land of hoodies and bad haircuts, but it seems like the tides are turning.

Yes, the latest addition to the tech-bro look is a brand-new face.
