What if all your pain came back to one thing… all of our depression, anxiety, loneliness, addictions, anger, relationship problems, self-destruction, racism, the division in the world… it all comes back to separation.

Separation on the macro and mic levels. 

When we go through a trauma, a part of us becomes fragmented and that healing process is about integrating this big painful thing that happened with who we are now.

And I think the big pursuit in our human journey is to remember who we truly are. To find unity with the divine within all of us, within every thing we see. 

 But then the question is… how do find unity? And what are we being called to do?
