After listening back to my interview with Earle Birney I was inspired to create this meditation to encourage you to take your meditative practice into your entire day. Small shifts in awareness, especially when you reach for your phone to distract you or occupy a space in your day, will pay dividends in your sense of wellbeing! Let me know how you get on and where you find your space in the day to be fully present - maybe you will find that you can be present for a great proportion of your day. I do hope so.
