If you’re single the weekend can be freaking amazing — but also a bit of a head fuck. So much freedom. So much fun time. But it can also be a reminder of what you think you’re missing. Because of this we grow up with confusing ideas about two different concepts; Being alone versus being lonely. News flash people — it’s not the same thing! So how can we mindfully separate them?
