Post-Antibiotics gummy recipe, grassfed beef gelatin is great for the gut lining. 

3 cups organic juice Lakewood is a good brand)

1/2 cup filtered water

1/4-1/2 cup organic maple syrup or honey

1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons bovine gelatin (we use Perfect Supplements)

 

Mix juice, water, and honey or maple syrup in a pot. Sprinkle bovine gelatin on top and let sit for 1-2 minutes to bloom. Turn heat on and whisk until incorporated (usually a couple minutes). Pour into molds or a baking dish and refrigerator for a couple hours
