Once you are aware of the cause of your overthinking, try to focus on finding solutions or strategies to help you manage the situation. Additionally, practice calming activities such as deep breathing, yoga, or mindfulness exercises to help you relax and reduce stress. Lastly, make sure to take breaks and allocate time each day to do something enjoyable. This will help you take your mind off of your worries and replace them with something more positive.
