In this monthly Healthy Her segment, host Amelia Phillips answers listener questions. This episode covers the questions:
Jen Rouse: I’ve noticed I’m getting really stiff, last week I went to zip up an old dress and I couldn’t zip it all the way up, and a year ago I could! Am I just getting old or is there something I can do - help!
Fiona Halkitis: What are your top tips for meal planning for a family whilst still trying to be healthy. Sometimes what my kids like and what I need are different.
Miriam from Insta insta: Would love to have a good explanation of heart rate variability - why it’s important.
