Some time ago, a new member to ASOG posted an ad where they touted “free diagnostics”.
When asked, they stated that if you had the repair done with them, they would waive the diagnostic fee.
Is that a wise approach to gain the trust of your customers or provide them an appropriate amount of value for their money?
