Yoga and biohacking? I'm joined by Shruthi Ramalingam, a holistic wellness & ayurveda enthusiast, to discuss how the limbs of yoga (asana, pranayama, dhyana) can help us take care of our bodies. Specifically to aid in digestion, manage periods or menstruation, calm anxiety and boost our energy. We share many yogic techniques beyond the physical postures such as pranayama (breath work), mudras (seal/gesture), bandha (locks), humming/singing (vibrations) and some ayurvedic concepts to harness the cosmic energy of the elements within our own bodies: physically, mentally and spiritually.

I've done research on lucid dreaming techniques and have experimented it myself for a few years to craft this yoga nidra practice to get your mind and body in a state to lucid dream. What you might experience is an awareness that you are dreaming, an out of body experience and an ability to control your consciousness while in an unconscious state.
