In this discussion, I share my personal journey on how meditation helped manage my social anxiety and why. Social anxiety is the fear of being judged, worrying about embarrassment or concern about offending someone and can impact your wellbeing when ruminated on. Meditation is a powerful tool to manage or even heal social anxiety by allowing you to become aware of your thoughts, be present with your mind and body to make decisions on whether certain social situations may serve you or not.
