Mallory Fox is a former competitive swimmer, fitness and yoga junkie, wife, dog mom and pizza-lover. But one of her most well-known roles is the owner of Foxy FIT, where she gets to ask questions, facilitate a variety of evidence-based practice bodywork modalities, and help people just like yourself feel their best.
Dr. Fox was in an accident that altered her life. Suffering from an invisible illness, she became woke to the realization that there's more need to heal than just follow what doctors say. Listen in on her journey through healing through movement and mindfulness.
For many of her clients, she's the last stop in their health journey. Many individuals who end up in her office are looking to finally be pain-free, after trying many methods and protocols and not seeing true, continuous relief. Her approach to helping you achieve total wellness is inclusive, intentional and individualized.
It’s so much easier to say “yes” than it is to say “no” but oftentimes we overwhelm ourselves by saying “yes” when we really want to say “no. Make sure to check out the Live on the BadassBasicBitch Instagram for a live Q&A session. This episode is all about Boundaries. What are they, how to set them, and how to stick to them.
All too often, you hear “basic bitch” being hurled around like a slur. If you look it up in the Urban Dictionary, you'll see that a basic bitch is someone completely uninspired. Unoriginal. She's "unflinchingly upholding the status quo and stereotypes of their gender without realizing it." She's not special but she doesn't even realize it. Well, screw that. Who needs that kind of judgment?
Not us. Because we’re badass basic bitches — Baddie B’s, if you will. And we’re taking the term back for all of us ordinary, everyday women doing amazing things. But first, we’re going to take a closer look at the term and what it has meant in the past before we start forging our way forward like the Baddie B’s we are. Listen to our "Best-Of" for the year 2021.

Francheska Yamsuan, born in the Philippines but raised in California, took the Shark Tank stage by storm when she rolled on in on her bicycle known as the “Icicle Tricycle” with her Coconut Girl ice cream treats. The sharks got into a bit of a bidding war with the California girl. She started her business in 2014. Francheska attended UCLA but dropped out because she “couldn’t focus on one thing.” However, Frankie always had a love for entrepreneurship and combined that with her interest in healthy desserts, and Coconut Girl was born.
The superheroes we need now? Entrepreneurs. Today’s economy is filled with valuable opportunities for entrepreneurs to create jobs and begin carving out a new landscape for business and commerce. No one’s saying that it’ll be easy, but it is possible to not just survive today’s economy, but also to thrive in it by weaving key fundamentals into your plans.
The only thing we know about today’s economy for sure is that it’s filled with uncertainty. While the coronavirus continues sweeping the globe, we’ve lost countless businesses. Data suggests that among those that closed because of the pandemic, roughly 60 percent won’t return. Between the unprecedented forced shutdowns across the world and the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, the effects on the economy are difficult to impossible to predict.
But there’s good news for entrepreneurs. You’re more important to the economy of today and the future than ever before. In the early days of the coronavirus, tens of millions of Americans were unemployed, a number that’s dropped to just over 11 million by October. That’s some promising progress as we all start navigating the path forward. It’s also a clear bat signal.
So... how to get your business going or growing? Listen in to 10 tips from the Baddie B Club.

Henry Ford once said, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.” Everyone wants more grit. Most people believe that grit is something developed throughout someone's life when obstacles or trauma seeps its way into her/his life and if she/he can overcome it.
