Stacie is the founder and owner of The Physio Fix which opened in 2017. Stacie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University in May, 2015. Prior to Duke, Stacie received her B.S. in Exercise Science from Illinois State University where she was an NCAA student-athlete, earning several honors in gymnastics.
As a former collegiate gymnast and current Olympic Weightlifter, Stacie has had her fair share of orthopedic injuries/ surgeries and understands how detrimental an injury can be for an athlete at any level. Stacie has a special interest in the treatment of sports injuries (she specializes in working with gymnasts and strength athletes), and her goal is to include sports performance enhancement & strength training into her treatment plans.

Francheska Yamsuan, born in the Philippines but raised in California,  took the Shark Tank stage by storm when she rolled on in on her bicycle known as the “Icicle Tricycle” with her Coconut Girl ice cream treats. The sharks got into a bit of a bidding war with the California girl.  She started her business in 2014. Francheska attended UCLA but dropped out because she “couldn’t focus on one thing.” However, Frankie always had a love for entrepreneurship and combined that with her interest in healthy desserts, and Coconut Girl was born.

Born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Appoorva is an Indian basketball player and coach. She played on the India women's national basketball team from 2010-2015. Both her parents were athletes, including her father, K. Muralinath, who played for the Indian National Men's Basketball Team in the 1982 Asian Games. With the stress of "stepping into her Father's shoes" and the passion to play basketball, but not all the talent, Approova tells her story of how she had to constantly practice for her passion.

Chef Tara Khattar’s international career launched when she got accepted to the renowned culinary institute Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. She later trained with Michelin-starred chefs like Jacques Chibois and Joel Robuchon.  Aiming to accelerate her career on a global scale, Tara enrolled at New York University to complete her Master’s degree in Food Studies. Ever since she has been living and breathing New York, consulting for restaurants and small businesses, as well as catering to boutique events in the United States and beyond. She also found herself as the final standing woman on Top Chef, France and Chopped several times. But it wasn't easy to get here. Born and raised in Lebanon, Tara was expected to become a lawyer or engineer. In fact, everyone in her family is a lawyer. It was a huge shock with Tara told them her dream of becoming an executive chef. No one believed she could do it, but she didn't anyone else, she believed in herself. Mom guilt and mom-shaming is definitely a thing. A real, scary thing. Shame is an emotion that makes us feel disconnected and small from others.  It leads us to feel alone in our pain as if we were the only ones who feel, think, or behave a certain way.  A feeling of isolation. Whether we shame ourselves or someone else, mom guilt and mom-shaming can be dangerous. So how do we fix it? We start now. We start with our own children and in our own lives.
