Are you having a challenge with confidence?
I know several people in my own circle that are facing similar challenges. Imposter syndrome. Lack of confidence. You name it, they're feeling all of it.
When you lack confidence it often means you feel you lack competence too, right? But let me tell you - you have it all.
The Confident Mind gives you actionable steps on how to get your mind right. I will be creating a workshop to go around it.
You are more competent than you think - let that give you some confidence today!

Happy Leasing!
- Beth
On this episode of The Retail Leasing Podcast, Beth talks about Chapter 54 of her book, 'The Retail Leasing Playbook' titled, "Playing the Long Game."
Do you want to know how to get prospects to reach out to you?
Become a valuable asset and provide information instead of just asking, "Do you wanna see the space? Do you wanna see the space? Do you wanna see the space?"
The Long Game requires pinging them, sending them articles, and adding value to their business, to their world, that's how they're gonna remember you.
I hope you enjoyed this chapter and if you need more, you can always find me on social media & YouTube. See you next time!
On this episode of the Retail Leasing Podcast, I cover chapter 53 of my book, "The Retail Leasing Playbook."
The title of this chapter is Time to Kill Off your Old Excel Spreadsheet.
Are you still using an Excel Spreadsheet to track your contacts? Just don't. Please! Get yourself a good CRM.
A few years ago, I did an entire webinar about what CRM programs my industry peers were using. You can watch that here: https://youtu.be/iNgb_MyS1Wo Tell me which one you picked, I would love to hear it.
I use PipeDrive. You can learn more about that here: https://www.pipedrive.com/
If you're new to the buz, you need to get used to using a CRM anyway, so start with one you like but please, don't just use an Excel Spreadsheet.

In Commercial Real Estate - whether you're doing a deal or trying to get someone to respond to an email - it's all about the follow-up.
I'm currently working on a deal to acquire another shopping center and it wasn't going exactly to plan. The deal started going stale and I was willing to walk away. Following up with one of the partners in the deal was what was needed and we look like we're back on track.
It's all about the follow-up and not giving up. It's also about being willing to walk away and explaining your intentions and why.
Then I had a client who contacted me because she wasn't getting the results she wanted via email.
In your follow up emails, you MUST provide value. Remember, email shouldn't be MEMail. It should provide value to the reader.
I hope these "dead deal" tips help you.
