Blaming others for anything sucks and it's not cool.

Tips

  1. Over communicate
  2. Document / track / keep record
  3. Speak with manager directly if you feel comfortable
  4. If it continues you may need to loop in HR
  5. Further escalation could be cc'ing your manager's manager
  6. Take ownership / responsibility where needed
  7. Propose and implement changes to fix larger / reoccurring issues
  8. Try not to assume the worst
  9. Keep it factual
  10. Schedule regular checkins to ensure alignment
  11. Ask clarifying questions when needed
