This week we answer a show submission! The question is: I am a landscaper, I don't have the funds to build a new crew mid season to handle more referrals. In order to provide the best service I can't take on more clients this year, even with hiring more people (which I have) I just can't take more business. Great problem but besides passing referrals, one-to-ones, and meetings how can I still benefit this year from BNI? I want to plan for next year already to handle 2-3 more crews. What's your advice?
