I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to sit down with Bobby Brazier, a remarkable individual who has embraced his mother's legacy and is making waves in his own right. Bobby, the son of the late television star Jade Goody and Jeff Brazier, has recently joined the cast of the BBC One soap opera, EastEnders. But what truly captured my attention is his exploration of spirituality and personal growth.

We discussed the importance of friendship and how meaningful connections can profoundly impact our spiritual journeys. Bobby's internal growth has been remarkable, and he humbly shared that he feels he has more going on internally than externally.

One of the fascinating aspects we touched upon was Bobby's journey into spirituality. He candidly shared that as a teenager, he lost sight of his good qualities. However, the pandemic served as a turning point for him, providing an opportunity to delve into meditation and introspection. Over the past four years, his meditation practice has evolved and grown, allowing him to reconnect with the person he had always been. Bobby described his meditation practice as a simple act of sitting still and not resisting thoughts. We delved into the power of solitude and how it has been incredibly beneficial for Bobby.
