I recently had the opportunity to sit with this amazing panel of people: Helene Langevin, Neil Theise, Antonio Stecco, Lauri Nemetz, and Rebecca Pratt. We talked about fascia, the interstitium, hyaluronan, the lymphatic system and what we most need to move the profession forward in both arenas of research and practice. This was recorded Live at the 2022 Experimental Biology Conference so it sounds different that usual, but we worked hard to make it as clear as possible (though you might need to turn up the volume) This one is so good I just know you're going. to want to listen to it more than once!

During this time of great suffering, hardship, and horror in Ukraine, Liz Stewart found a way to help a young mother and her baby. From over 5,000 miles away she and a team of bodyworkers/therapists and a Russian translator made a difference in their lives. I hope this story inspires you to make a difference in whatever way you can.

Hi Everybody! This week we welcome Dr. Delia Chiaramonte MD, MS. She's a friend and colleague, and practices integrative palliative medicine – a mind-body-spirit approach for patients with serious illness and their families. In her opinion Integrative medicine and palliative medicine share so many similarities in philosophy that they clearly belong together.

Delia is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Palliative Medicine and also certified by the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. Currently, she is Division Chief of Integrative & Palliative Medicine at Gilchrist and  Medical Director of outpatient integrative & palliative medicine for Greater Baltimore Medical Center. For 10 years she was associate director of the Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She is mom to two amazing young adult women and wife to a "quirky, hard-working and generally wonderful radiologist"
