Are you ready to hear about Melissa’s viral reel?
“Every woman deserves compliments – if you feel beautiful in your skin, show it…” – Julie
Melissa discusses with her cohost, Julie, the amusing events that unfolded on her Instagram after she shared a reel of herself in a bikini, accompanied by a sarcastic remark about picking up her kids in that way.
They both laugh as Melissa recalls the flood of not-so-nice comments and messages that followed, many of them negative and not at all supportive.
Julie chimes in, noting how refreshing it is to see such confidence and humor, from Melissa in light of the attack she was taking on – but it’s also disheartening to realize we still live in a world where women often face criticism for embracing their bodies.
The conversation shifts to the importance of self-love and the empowerment that comes from feeling comfortable in your own skin. Melissa emphasizes that it’s all about having fun and not taking oneself too seriously and being brave.
They agree that sharing moments like these can inspire others to embrace their own uniqueness and find joy in being unapologetically themselves.

“The unique astrology you were born with shows you what you are meant to experience and learn in this lifetime…” – Kate
Why do I seem to have such bad luck in love? How can I tell if my partner is truly “the one”? Is my soulmate actually out there, or am I meant to be alone forever?
Spiritual astrologer and author Kate Rose provides insights to help us explore these questions and more in her book, WRITTEN IN THE STARS: The Astrology of Soulmate, Karmic, and Twin Flame Relationships.
Kate explains the reason we are drawn to certain partners, faced cycles we needed to navigate, or endured relationships that nearly shattered our spirit, is that they were all a predetermined part of our journey. She emphasizes that the path of love is ultimately about self-discovery, as we will continue to encounter the same karmic lessons until we fully understand ourselves.
Her book serves as a practical guide for navigating the intricate world of love and discovering lasting relationships. Kate aids us in comprehending how our astrological birth chart reveals the wounds and lessons we are meant to learn and grow from in this lifetime.
Every love, regardless of its duration or the heartbreak it caused, was meant to help you become the most authentic version of yourself.

“Until you learn to include the parts that also make you feel bad, you won’t heal, so give yourself permission to feel better by feeling it all…” – Rachel
Understanding the connection between feeling and healing starts with recognizing our natural emotional state, evident in babies and children. We initially possess a healthy emotional system, but societal conditioning often leads us to suppress our emotions, influenced by caregivers and cultural norms. This avoidance can result in maladaptive behaviors, such as substance abuse and addiction, which compromise well-being and lead to feelings of inauthenticity.
In contrast, embracing our emotions promotes healing. Individuals who learn to welcome their emotions experience greater vitality and reduced reliance on distractions. To heal, one must reintegrate the repressed parts of themselves, leading to a more authentic self-experience. Ultimately, feeling emotions is essential for health and wholeness, as it reconnects us with our innate humanity.
You don’t need to hide from your emotional pain. Instead, become so skillful with it that you cultivate genuine self-love, authentic self-expression, and emotional resilience: the New Happy. When you learn how to feel your feelings, true healing is possible!

Are you prepared to destroy mycotoxins throughout your entire home?
Today’s guest is Seth Jones, the CEO of Hygia Living Corp. and the visionary behind Superstratum, the first patent-pending process designed to remove mycotoxins from homes. With a background as an international DJ and songwriter, Seth’s journey took a dramatic turn after a personal encounter with Building-Related Illness (BRI).
Now, he’s dedicated to healing the estimated 66 million U.S. homes that contribute to toxic conditions affecting 170 million people. Seth’s mission is clear: to elevate our health by purifying the environments we live in.
Visit his site HERE
“It’s about getting into a practice and a habit of taking care of your environment…” – Seth
Our homes should serve as havens for rest, healing, and tranquility. However, the modern structures we inhabit often contribute significantly to our body’s toxic load.
When mold develops, it can produce mycotoxins to fend off competitors in its surroundings. Unfortunately, these harmful mycotoxins can linger in a space long after the mold has been treated.
In Seth’s mission to tackle this often-ignored issue, he engaged with medical professionals and individuals who are sensitive to mycotoxins. These discussions revealed the extent of the problem and highlighted the deep connection between our living environment and all facets of our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. What started as simple curiosity transformed into a commitment to improve our living conditions.
As he progressed on this journey, it became clear that mycotoxins were not just a professional issue, but also a personal one—almost every team member he works with, found that they or their loved ones had been impacted by these toxins.
