Plant Power"If anything sounds to good to be true, it probably is - come back to what sounds correct..." - Alex
Alex with Plant-Based Juniors provides evidence-based guidance for raising healthy, conscious children, particularly for families following plant-predominant diets. Frustrated by the lack of reliable resources during pregnancy and childhood, she created a community offering expert advice on nutrition, meal planning, and feeding styles.
What is considered normal for one family might appear unusual or unsuitable to another. While she primarily follows a plant-based diet, she takes pride in being inclusive of all eating preferences. Access to quality, nutritious food is a privilege. She strives to engage in discussions around equity, human rights, environmental issues, socioeconomic status, and the regulations that vary across different communities.
Her aspiration is to foster meaningful dialogue to enhance understanding and acceptance.
